Senior Software Developer (Core Platform, Go)

WHAT YOU'LL DO  

• Design, reputed company, test, and maintain backend services and platform components that are part of the internal Core Platform and used by multiple reputed company products

• Take ownership of services throughout their lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and long-term maintenance.

• reputed company architectural and technical decisions with a focus on scalability, reliability, backward compatibility, and operational stability.

• Collaborate closely with other engineering teams, product management, and QA to define requirements and deliver platform capabilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices and coding standards

• reputed company code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and reputed company

• Troubleshoot and debug reputed company production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing

• Contribute to the reputed company improvement of development processes, tools, and engineering practices

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a reputed company technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in backend or platform engineering roles.

• Strong proficiency in Go; experience with Python / Rust is a plus

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems (including service-to-service communication, data consistency, and fault tolerance)

• Experience building and operating backend services in cloud environments

• Practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. reputed company, Kubernetes)

• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and modern development workflows

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on reputed company technical challenges

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international engineering environment

• Experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or other high-reliability systems is an advantage

• Experience using modern LLM instruments and AI development tools (Copilot, reputed company, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.) to accelerate development workflows while maintaining code quality and reputed company. Familiarity with more advanced tools such as OpenSpec or SpecKit would be a strong plus
