Fixed Income Research Associate

They are seeking a motivated Fixed Income Research Associate to support credit analysis and research of structured product bonds, focusing on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), while providing insights into commercial real estate fundamentals and their impact on financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting credit analysis of various structured product bonds, with a primary focus on CMBS
- Analyze commercial real estate fundamentals relevant to the investments under review
- Collect and organize financial data, performance metrics, and other relevant information from databases, financial statements, and third-party research
- Assist in developing financial models, property reputed company, and credit decision-making processes
- Support analysts and portfolio managers by providing insights into the reputed company drivers of assigned sectors and their impact on the broader Fixed Income and Equity markets
- Collaborate with Research Associates, Analysts, and Portfolio Managers to deliver high-quality research and analysis
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the team’s objectives
Skills
- Open to candidates from reputed company academic backgrounds; strong critical thinking and analytical skills are essential
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and present large amounts of information concisely
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently on reputed company projects
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus
- A background in commercial real estate is a plus but not required
- Coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics is advantageous but not mandatory
