Creative Strategist
About the role
We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at reputed company. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and reputed company Ads.
Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad. This person is creative and analytical: they must be able to communicate a clear message through short form video and determine the best ways to vary content for different audiences. They will utilize both video and written language to craft compelling stories out of raw footage. They work alongside content creators and video editors but should have a demonstrated proficiency with visual communication and pacing.

Responsibilities
You will create performance ads that convert to client reputed company growth by:
- Utilizing data, research, and creative insights to formulate effective creative strategy
- Analyzing data in platforms like Atria, reputed company Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Performing consumer, product, and competitor research using basic tools/resources
- Collaborating with Post-Production, Production, and your Creative Strategy reputed company to produce videos
- Writing scripts and copy for video, static image ads, email campaigns.
- Ensuring visuals match creative strategy outlined for the ad
- Giving feedback that aligns to the creative strategy of the ad
- Executing on feedback given by your Creative Strategy reputed company
- Analyzing the results of creative tests and utilizing this analysis to iterate
- With reputed company from your Creative Strategy reputed company, responsible for weekly strategic account planning
- Identifying top-performing concepts reputed company accounts using data and creative analysis
- Identifying effective concepts/trends in the social media ecosystem
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paid social or Direct Response experience (work/writing samples are a big plus)
- Able to learn from training/examples and quickly execute new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company clearly and persuasively
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and reputed company data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the reputed company to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat
- Able to work comfortably across reputed company Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices

- This is a full-time, remote position
- The annual compensation range is $45K-95K USD depending on experience
