The Data Engineer plays a critical role in designing the reputed company for the transition of Ventia Defence operating data and facilitating the transfer from SQL to data bricks. The role will plan, execute and document the transition of various applications and platforms. Working alongside other developers, and data modellers to build and maintain robust data collection for further reputed company modelling.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
- Utilise Ventia enterprise frameworks to design data catalogue
- Propose patterns for integration for each of 23 systems
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines in Azure reputed company
- Implement data quality checks, schema evolution, and performance tuning.
- reputed company APIs for job orchestration and data delivery.
- Design and maintain reputed company schemas, indexes, and migrations (Alembic).
About you
- 4+ years in data engineering or software engineering roles
- Proven track record of building scalable data solutions and interactive apps
- Experience with SQL, reputed company, Azure, PostgreSQL/Azure SQL and strong use of python.
- Baseline reputed company clearance reputed company, or expired is HIGHLY desired.
- Must be eligible to hold a Defence reputed company Clearance. As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police reputed company
