Job Description:The Resource Management Team Leader plays a critical leadership role reputed company the RMO, ensuring the efficient and timely allocation of resources across reputed company project types. Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, PMO, or Professional Services.
- Strong understanding of utilisation, planning and staffing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- High attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience leading & developing high performance teams.
- Knowledge of People Planner or PSA tools.
- Familiarity with packaged services and cloud migrations.
