The Account Specialist, Growth plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success for high-volume transactional customers by articulating the value of the product and fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company a portfolio of clients, supporting users and prospects by understanding their goals and resolving pain points with our solutions
  • Qualify leads, understand their business requirements, and manage the entire deal cycle from discovery through reputed company (e.g organizing demos, providing proposals, ensuring successful onboarding reputed company, etc.)
  • Fostering and nurturing clients needs and reputed company internal subject matter experts to ensure they are answered accurately and in a timely manner

Skills
