About the Opportunity:
BTSE is seeking an reputed company Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) / reputed company Reporting Officer (MLRO) to establish and reputed company the compliance function for its Turkiye operations. This senior position will reputed company the firm’s compliance with the requirements of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) and other Turkish authorities overseeing crypto asset service providers (CASPs) and group-wide governance standards, ensuring BTSE maintains the highest levels of reputed company, transparency, and regulatory compliance across reputed company activities. Responsibilities
Regulatory Leadership & reputed company Act as BTSE Turkiye’s principal contact for MASAK, the Central Bank of Turkey and other relevant authorities. reputed company and manage reputed company regulatory filings, notifications, inspections, and correspondence. Ensure timely implementation of new or updated regulations, circulars, and guidance issued by MASAK relevant to CASP operations. or other supervisory bodies. AML / CTF & Financial Crime Compliance Serve as the designated MLRO for the Turkiye entity. reputed company customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, and suspicious transaction reporting in line with Turkey’s AML/CFT laws. Maintain and update the AML/CTF reputed company, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments tailored to the virtual asset sector.Ensure reputed company employees receive adequate AML/CTF and compliance training, including onboarding and annual refreshers.Conduct periodic internal compliance reviews and testing to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Provide strategic compliance and regulatory advice to management and product teams on new initiatives, business models, and partnerships. Monitoring & Reporting Maintain detailed records of compliance monitoring activities, breaches, and remedial actions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of compliance and AML/CTF experience reputed company financial services, fintech, or virtual asset/crypto industries. Deep understanding of Turkish regulatory landscape and reputed company AML/CTF obligations. Proven experience dealing directly with regulators and leading compliance programs in Turkey. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company regulatory requirements. Native-level Turkish proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Turkish citizenship is required for this role, along with legal authorization to work locally.
