They are seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to expand sales of Automatic Transfer Switches across North America, primarily in Texas, by developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the business’s Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives
  • Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customer, ensuring Regal as the customer’s preferred supplier

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or Mechanical engineering or reputed company fields
  • 0-2 years of Sales experience is a must
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 50-70%
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or reputed company U.S. work authorization
