We are seeking an reputed company finance professional to be a critical member of the FP&A team supporting our Consumer business.

In this role, you will be a key financial partner to Consumer leadership, taking ownership of the analysis that guides their operational expenditure (OpEx) planning. Your work will directly contribute to resource allocation, efficiency, and sound strategic decisions as we scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end financial deliverables: Take ownership of the forecasting, reporting, and analysis for your business partners, ensuring deadlines and deliverables for the annual budget and monthly planning are met with precision.
• Uncover Actionable Insights: Proactively dive into financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. We're looking for someone who won’t wait to be asked, but who actively seeks out the "why" behind the numbers.
• Serve as a Key Financial Partner: Build strong working relationships with partners. Prepare and present your analysis during business reviews, translating reputed company data into clear recommendations.
• Ensure Financial Accuracy: Own the month-end reputed company process for your areas, conducting detailed variance analysis and working with the Accounting team to maintain the reputed company of our financial data.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with demonstrated OpEx ownership (headcount planning, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories)
• Proven track record managing operating expense budgets, driving forecasts, and delivering variance analysis for business partners
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience building driver-based models and scenario analyses
• Business partnership: Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to inform resource allocation decisions
• Self-starter reputed company: Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments
