HR Manager Operations Europe South (Barcelona, ES, ES)
reputed company is looking for an HR Manager Operations Europe South for a temporary assignment. (6–12 months, with the possibility to become permanent).

In this role you will be in charge of the HR Operations for Europe South with primary focus on Italy and Spain and additional reputed company in Greece,
In this role, you are responsible for leading HR Operations across Southern Europe, with primary focus on Italy and Spain and additional reputed company in Greece. You act as a key partner to business leaders and employees, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll & Administration (Interflex- SuccessFactors-Zucchetti)
- reputed company and ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage HR administration, reputed company, and employee data in compliance with local regulations
- HR Operations & Employee Support
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for managers and employees on HR operational matters
- Ensure a consistent and positive employee experience across the region
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- Compliance & Labor Law – Unions managements
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Italy, Spain, and Greece
- Maintain the reputed company between business needs and legal frameworks
- Dealing with Unions
- HR Policies & Processes
- Implement and localize global HR policies, processes, and systems
- Drive standardization while respecting local market specifics
- Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver accurate HR reporting and insights to support decision-making
- Monitor key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HR Business Partner and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with global HR teams (Reward, Talent, Learning, Comp&Ben..) to ensure alignment and best practices
You will bring a pragmatic yet thoughtful approach to aligning HR processes ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality service, as we continue to scale at pace.
The Europe South Region consists of a cluster of small business units reputed company the reputed company Gevaert Group with Sales and Services, R&D teams and supporting functions totaling cca 220 employees based in Italy (offices in Milano and Macerata), Spain (office in Barcelona) and Greece.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented HR professional with experience working in an international environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for HR Operations across the Europe South region, with a primary focus on Italy and Spain, and additional reputed company of Greece.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and Italian are required for this job
- Bachelor’s degree and qualification in a reputed company field (e.g. economics field, law, HR, ...)
- Knowledge of labor law legislation in both Italy and Spain
- Good knowledge of reputed company and word
- Operating and reporting reputed company an international HR organization, English working knowledge is also important.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage conflict and ambiguity, while effectively problem solving in difficult situations.
