In this role, your key responsibilities include

 

  • Database Design- Develop methods, techniques and technologies that address data architecture, extraction, transformation, movement, storage, integration, management and governance of data in order to enable effective usage of data modelling techniques. Establish data mapping, detailed data analysis and metadata analysis and provide hands-on business knowledge while working with database developers in order to ensure the database analysis is carried out effectively. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions and insights to support business initiatives
  • Database Support- Ensure data correctness and data availability with the help of IT; data tuning and data management of the server and support new projects and initiatives by creating robust transaction and customer level data marts to ensure maintenance of all Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) scripts and timely refresh of marts. Conduct advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
  • Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in a Bank handling analytics in a campaign management function
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Finance
  • Knowledge of technology components include Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowhow, business analysis, data analysis and basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Logical data interpretation ability
  • Planning, analytical and time management skills

  • Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 22500 – AED 38000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
