Client Analyst - Retirement
Neuberger Berman is a leading investment management firm, and they are seeking a Client Analyst to support their Retirement business. The role involves assisting Business Development professionals and Relationship Managers in fostering client partnerships and ensuring a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development professionals and Relationship Managers in reputed company aspects of building and maintaining client partnerships with Retirement Clients including: reputed company types of retirement focused advisors but also Recordkeeping Platforms, Trust Companies, TPAs, and other home offices
- reputed company strong relationships with internal firm groups to reputed company, process and resolve client requests and manage deadlines
- Ensure a superior client experience by coordinating deliverables with legal, compliance, operations, client service, reporting, marketing, RFP, and portfolio management teams
- Drive internal process improvement and data insights to help grow sales
- Play an integral role in creating client deliverables pre and post engagement, handling reputed company requests and maintaining quality control reputed company
- Assist with client database (reputed company) management and identification of new prospects for both intermediary and institutional contacts
- Assist with initial reputed company and research of institutional DC companies to support Business Development professionals
- Analyze competitive landscape and portfolio characteristics across strategies using various investment research tools (e.g. reputed company), for product onboarding, research advocacy, and discretionary model placement
- Create customized presentations on the state of our business for senior management and key internal stakeholders
Skills
- 1-3 years asset management sales or marketing experience preferred (intermediary or institutional)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects, coordinating with numerous internal groups
- Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with reputed company or other CRM interfaces
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Team player, highly motivated, eager to learn and coachable
- Strong interest in investments, investment products, asset allocation and capital markets
- Enjoys a fast paced, high intensity environment
- SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses required reputed company 6 months of employment
