[Hiring] Manager, Digital Medical Education @reputed company

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company professional to be part of reputed company in the US and will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and regulators to address unmet medical needs and optimize the impact of our therapies. The Manager of Digital Education will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital education programs tailored to reputed company, as part of the WWM Educational Program (that comprises PD, HD and Acute therapies). This role requires substantial experience in digital education reputed company the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

• Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Program Development: Design, reputed company and implement digital education programs, including e-learning modules – medical channel website (for CKD awareness, PD and HD, as well AKI and Acute Therapies), webinars, virtual training sessions, and other digital content.
• Content Management: Collaborate with medical experts and other stakeholders to create high-quality educational content that aligns with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Technology Integration/Omni channel: reputed company advanced digital tools and platforms to enhance the delivery and accessibility of educational materials.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and reputed company medical affairs (colleagues in the country and region), to ensure educational programs meet the needs of reputed company and align with company goals, especially the “digital” part.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital education initiatives and reputed company data-driven improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure reputed company digital education activities reputed company with industry regulations code of conduct and company policies (GIP and Scientific Exchange Policies).
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital education and healthcare to continually enhance our educational offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media, instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design; clinical/healthcare background preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital education reputed company academic centers/Preferred experience reputed company the pharmaceutical or medical device industry AND in digital education.
• Proficiency in designing and managing e-learning platforms and other digital education tools required. Experience in video production is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong business acumen.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative educational solutions.
• Ability to travel 25% as needed to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Remote reputed company the United States. Candidates must be based in the US.
