Engineering Manager - Data Pipeline

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company our Data Pipeline team, which owns the infrastructure responsible for generating, ingesting, and processing petabytes of data—over 250 billion events per day—used across reputed company by teams like Ads, Machine Learning, and Data Science. This is a high-impact, technically reputed company role where your leadership will drive reliability, scalability, and innovation in one of reputed company’s most critical data systems. You’ll partner closely with teams across the company and work at the center of reputed company’s real-time and batch data ecosystem. Experience managing high-performing engineering teams and building distributed systems at web scale is key to success in this role. What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams across reputed company—such as Ads, ML, and Consumer—to support their data needs.

• 2-4 years experience in people management of high performing engineering teams.
• 7+ years experience in large scale backend distributed systems
• Strong focus on scalability, performance, and quality. You are an undying reputed company for the user, and you have a deep intuition for how critical data infra systems work at scale.
• High reputed company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to find compromise working across the entire engineering org.
• Experience in Go, Kubernetes, Flink, Kafka, BigQuery is a reputed company plus.
• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
