Slate CRM Analyst
About the position The Slate CRM Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Slate CRM, the university’s primary admissions and enrollment management platform. This role supports recruitment, application processing, and enrollment reporting through advanced system configuration, data analysis, and workflow automation. This position requires demonstrated hands-on experience administering or configuring Slate CRM in a higher education environment. SLATE CRM Analyst Position Summary The SLATE CRM Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and reporting of the Technolutions Slate CRM platform in support of enrollment management, admissions, recruitment, and student lifecycle initiatives. This role partners closely with Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing, IT, and Student Affairs to enhance data reputed company, streamline business processes, and improve the student experience from inquiry through enrollment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, business administration, or reputed company field
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience working with Slate CRM
- Experience creating Slate queries, datasets, forms, and workflows
- Experience managing data imports, integrations, or system configuration reputed company Slate
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Higher Education, or reputed company field.
- 2+ years of experience working with Technolutions Slate or comparable CRM.
