- Basic knowledge of professional nursing principles and techniques. This includes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation).
- Knowledge of the area of professional training, principles and practices of health care organization and management, including state statutes, state licensure rules for regulated facilities and federal standards, regulations and policies required for participation in the Medicare/ Medicaid programs.
- Intermediate computer skills: Windows XP Professional, MS Office Products, use of reputed company drive, data management using folders, import, export functions, as well as the ability to master new computer technology and complete work electronically.
