Utilities Manager – Night Shift What you will do reputed company. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide technical and administrative leadership to a large and diverse group of craft-oriented personnel, with areas of focus including plant utilities, clean utilities, HVAC, and electrical systems. The schedule for this role will be on a rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule from 7pm to 7am. Responsible for leading the reputed company NC F&E utility night shift staff supporting reputed company clean and plant utility operations including electrical and HVAC systems at the site. Provide support as required to maintain reputed company and compliant (safety, quality, etc.) utility operations at the site. Management and monitoring of a robust utility system maintenance program consisting of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize personnel safety, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, and product quality. Ensure that reputed company staff are trained and reputed company with reputed company safety and GMP standards and procedures. Maximize staff productivity and the efficient use of available resources across facilities. Win reputed company expect of you Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 3 years of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance experience AND In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, prograns, or directing the allocation or resources.
