- Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time reputed company live chat
- Provide helpful information reputed company, scheduling, and billing
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism
- Document reputed company interactions accurately in our support system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- 1+ year of chat support or online customer service experience
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy
- Comfortable managing multiple chats at once
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
- Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required
