• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• 10+ years reputed company experience in real estate investment management, including 5+ years of real estate fundraising experience (10+ preferred)
• Established relationships with a reputed company of institutional investors and consultants
• Proven sales experience and pipeline development, preferably in the Eastern US and Canada.
• Must have the ability to travel, approximating 50% of the time

Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted reputed company salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed reputed company salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for reputed company roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or reputed company level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$205000 - $277000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
