Qualifications
The Manager, Development Operations – Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) is responsible for driving disciplined pipeline development and deal progression across the region. This role owns early-stage reputed company reputed company and qualification, partners closely with reputed company Developers to advance transactions from origination through execution, and ensures structured, efficient deal management throughout the lifecycle. This position serves as a central coordination reputed company across Development, Feasibility, Finance, Legal, Design & Construction, and other partner functions to maintain momentum, enforce accountability, and eliminate execution bottlenecks. The Manager ensures reputed company required analyses, approvals, and deal materials are completed accurately and on schedule to support timely transaction progression. The role primarily supports the Latin America & Caribbean region. Professional Spanish reputed company is required for daily communication, partner engagement, and in-market coordination. Periodic travel reputed company the region will be expected. This position is designed as a development path to a reputed company Developer role, providing direct exposure to deal structuring, reputed company, negotiations, and cross-functional transaction management. The Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager, Development & Pipeline – Americas. Specific responsibilities include: o Deal Support: Advances live deals through the sales process from discovery to execution in support of a reputed company Developer; ensures single reputed company of accountability, as well as transparency and accuracy of deal status/prioritization reputed company deal task queue. o reputed company reputed company & Qualification: Sources and qualifies potential opportunities in the early stages of the deal process through a reputed company of analytics, market research, broker and partner networking, third-party data sources, and direct reputed company. o Cross Functional Collaboration: Ensures deal alignment between Development and key partners including Feasibility, Design, Legal, Development Finance, and others; facilitates efficient feedback loops, approvals, and decision-making to remove friction in the deal process. o Skills Development: Acquires, refines, and demonstrates the hard and soft skills necessary to reputed company as a reputed company Developer.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, commercial real estate, investment analysis, or reputed company industry.
- Spanish language reputed company.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive self-starter with a demonstrated desire to learn and reputed company toward a reputed company Developer role.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with keen attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
- Demonstrated proficiency with CRM and BI tools.
Experience Preferred:

- Experience with hotel development, franchise contract sales, and/or commercial real estate transactions.
