ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a player-coach to reputed company our small, but impactful Product Analytics & Data Science team. This role blends hands-on analytical work with people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic prioritization. The ideal candidate will enjoy balancing deep dives into data with guiding and mentoring a small team of data professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the connective tissue between product data and customer-facing teams by helping integrate insights across systems and functions.

• Champion data quality, documentation, and rigor across everything your team touches.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or data science, including reputed company with tools like SQL, Python or R, and cloud data environments.
• 3+ years of experience managing individual contributors.
• You’ve led small teams and are comfortable balancing hands-on work with people management.
• You reputed company at stakeholder management, particularly in navigating competing priorities and advocating for data-informed work.
