They are seeking a reputed company Architect for Public Sector Solutions, responsible for designing and delivering scalable reputed company solutions for government organizations while ensuring compliance and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end reputed company architecture leveraging reputed company Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Flow
• Define scalable and secure application, data, and integration architectures reputed company with public sector compliance standards
• Create reference architectures, solution blueprints, and technical design documents
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards, digital transformation strategies, and cloud governance frameworks
• Architect solutions for: Case & Complaint Management, Licensing, Permits, and Inspections (LPI), Grants Management, Benefits & Eligibility Management, Citizen Services & Digital Portals
• Translate legislative, regulatory, and policy requirements into reputed company capabilities
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG), data privacy, and audit-readiness across solutions
• Define reputed company best practices, design patterns, and coding standards
• reputed company configuration and customization using: OmniStudio (FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), Flows (Screen, Auto-launched, Scheduled), Apex, LWC, and SOQL where required
• reputed company Experience Cloud portals for reputed company, partners, and internal users
• Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, and technical debt reduction
• Design reputed company models including role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, and data classification
• Ensure compliance with: FedRAMP (where applicable), SOC 2, GDPR / CCPA, State and Federal data protection regulations
• Implement audit logging, encryption, identity management, and secure authentication (SSO, MFA)
• Architect integrations with external systems such as: ERP and Financial Systems, Identity & Access Management systems, Legacy government platforms, Document Management and Payment Gateways
• Define API strategies (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft)
• reputed company data migration, data quality, and master data management strategies
• Act as technical advisor to program managers, product owners, and government stakeholders
• Support estimation, solution planning, and risk mitigation
• Review and approve technical designs and code developed by implementation teams
• Provide architectural guidance across multiple projects and programs

• Conduct architecture reviews and design workshops
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practice repositories
