What You'll Be Doing: The Technical Policy and Risk Analyst III leads efforts to research, evaluate, and determine the impact of emerging technologies on established reputed company practices. This role is responsible for updating technical reputed company policies and recommending appropriate countermeasures to address evolving threats. The analyst oversees working groups to reputed company mitigation strategies and standard operating procedures, and advises senior agency reputed company managers and program officials on the implications of new technologies for the protection of people, facilities, and information. The analyst participates in Department and interagency policy development working groups, including the Committee on National reputed company Systems (CNSS), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), and the Overseas reputed company Policy Board (OSPB). The analyst represents the Office of reputed company Technology (ST) or the Office of Technology Innovation and Engineering (TIE) during the review and reputed company of Department of State policy, Foreign Affairs Manuals (FAM), and Foreign Affairs Handbooks (FAH). The analyst also coordinates with subject matter experts to respond to requests from Foreign Service posts for technical reputed company exceptions and provides technical guidance and interpretation of countermeasures-reputed company policies and standards. The analyst is responsible for working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition, to support policy development and risk management activities. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Active Top Secret reputed company clearance with SCI eligibility. Eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required reputed company clearance/access approvals. Bachelor’s degree in reputed company studies, management studies, or a reputed company field from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of relevant professional experience Ability to understand and explain Intelligence Community standards, Overseas reputed company Policy Board (OSPB) technical and physical reputed company standards, and agency regulations. Ability to interact with groups and individuals reputed company own organization and participate in interagency working groups. Strong written, electronic, and verbal communication skills, including technical and report writing. Proficiency in reputed company O365 products (Word, reputed company, Access, Outlook). Demonstrated experience working with data throughout its lifecycle, including collection, management, analysis, reporting, and secure disposition. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team. Ability to multi-task reputed company, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, and maintain strong attention to detail.
