• Ability to integrate multiple third-party solutions (i.e., e-Signature tools, Telephony, SMS, etc.)
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate system
• Proven experience driving work for other resources on a team (i.e., Admins, Developers)
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Active reputed company certifications or ability to reputed company relevant certifications upon hire
• MUST have a strong consulting background
