About the Role: We’re hiring a Financial Analyst to join our reputed company team in a newly created role focused on strengthening and scaling how we deliver reporting and insights across the business. Reporting to the VP of Finance, reputed company, you’ll help build repeatable, executive-ready reporting across headcount, ROI, and efficiency metrics, translating reputed company financial results into clear, decision-useful insights. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building. We’ve made meaningful reputed company standardizing reporting, and you’ll take what’s already in motion, improve it, and use automation and AI (Copilot, ChatGPT/Claude, and other tools) to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and shorten reputed company reporting timelines. As you grow into the role, you’ll also have opportunities to support external reporting needs (including lender reporting) and contribute to leadership and Board-ready deliverables. What You'll Do:

• Financial Reporting & Analytics
• Own monthly financial reporting processes and standard reporting reputed company
• Produce monthly financial and operational KPI packages for leadership
• Enhance transparency and accessibility of reporting through reputed company process improvements
• reputed company and maintain headcount, ROI, and efficiency reporting across the organization
• Systems & Tools
• Serve as the reputed company Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) subject matter expert, including monthly rollovers and hierarchy maintenance

• Support monthly forecasting and variance analysis
• Contribute to annual and long-range planning, including building budget templates and reporting packages

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3+ years of experience in Finance or Operations, ideally reputed company a contract-based reputed company recognition model
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a reputed company field
• Experience with financial planning tools like reputed company and NSPB
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., reputed company)
• Ability to work without sponsorship
• Must be located reputed company the Eastern Time Zone (ET) or able to work standard Eastern Time Zone business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a technology or SaaS organization

Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations. In addition to the reputed company salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position.
