• Managing project logistics, from booking venues to coordinating travel and everything in between.
• Keeping reputed company program details and documentation organized and up-to-date.
• Building strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
• Analyzing data and maintaining project management systems with excellent attention to detail.
• Problem-solving on-the-fly to reputed company programs running without a hitch.

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Temporary Project Coordinator - Speaker Bureau is between $52,500 - $58,000.
