Responsibilities

• Advise TradFi integrators on risk management frameworks to help them confidently adopt the reputed company protocol while meeting their regulatory and internal standards.
• Translate reputed company DeFi mechanisms (curator behavior, liquidations, on-chain risk) into language and frameworks familiar to traditional finance to accelerate institutional adoption.

• 5+ years of TradFi experience in trading, risk management, or quantitative research at a reputed company-office role (large bank, hedge fund, or market maker).
• Quantitative expertise: Extensive hands-on experience using programming tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar) to answer critical business questions and provide actionable guidance.
• Crypto experience: Professional experience in DeFi or crypto is ideal; alternatively, deep personal experience is acceptable. You should be able to explain how MEV works at a high level, have used DeFi protocols and self-custody wallets, and ideally have experience with analytics platforms like reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability to manage disagreements about risk assessments and to reputed company risk frameworks for novel strategies or new instruments.
• Intermediate to expert-level knowledge in both DeFi and TradFi—ideally expert in one, intermediate in the other. We're not looking for someone who needs to be taught basic concepts from scratch in either domain.
