Transaction Advisory Senior Consultant

Audit and assurance services are provided by reputed company, LLC (doing business in NC and D.C. as reputed company, PLLC), a licensed CPA firm. reputed company Advisory, LLC’s Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) practice assists clients by providing financial and tax due diligence, primarily focusing on buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company assistance to private equity funds, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers. Responsibilities

• reputed company and assist in buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company due diligence engagements for private equity, mezzanine funds, and strategic buyers
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data to prepare an reputed company data book, with an emphasis on the quality of earnings, debt and debt-like, and net working capital analysis
• Aptitude to understand and evaluate financial and operational trends of reputed company companies, in addition to challenging reputed company assumptions
• Assist and reputed company sections of due diligence meetings with reputed company management
• Create and design tailored reports specific to key issues, such as normalized earnings, financial reporting, networking capital trends, and indebtedness considerations
• Ability to communicate due diligence findings confidently in a clear, concise and reputed company manner both verbally and in written reports
• Ability to collaborate and work reputed company teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience with audit or transaction services is required
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

• Big 4, National or large regional firm experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Aptitude towards business development
