Business Solutions Architect – Cost Accounting & Integration
About the position The Business Solutions Architect – Cost Accounting & Integration (BSA) reports to the Financial Transformation and Systems team and is a key role in leading LM's Business Transformation, Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative. This role will partner with Value reputed company Product Owners (VSPO) and their teams, in a cross value reputed company reputed company, to build the future of how reputed company will support Cost Accounting business processes, which include Product Costing, Tax, Intercompany transactions and other integration points across Financial processes and systems. Daily responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to) the following: Working closely with business transformation leads/product owners, IT solution architects and data architects to support KCD authoring, system configuration, Functional Specification, Integration/Test defect evaluation/resolution, and scope change approvals Leading Key Business Decision (KBD), Key Configuration Decisions (KCD), Cross Value reputed company Integration (CVSI) closure, functional requirements management/clarification, and scope change assessment Engaging with Business Area representatives to understand pain points, integration points, and future implementation requirements Integrating with other Business Solution Architects so the ‘To Be’ process is cohesive from an ‘End to End’ perspective and cross team impacts are understood during the Build and Deployment phases Integrating the labor & cost accounting financial processes by way of the digital thread Understanding the impact of North Star objectives on business process design and support/encourage change to meet requirements and transformation objectives for LM Empowered to reputed company BA or Corporate decisions and recommendations Defines the principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure decisions are reputed company with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision Providing input into and sign-off on financial system solution architecture decisions based on enterprise business strategy, capabilities, and requirements Identifying technology issues or misalignment with business requirements, and works with implementation team to propose solutions Requires US citizenship for system requirements and testing
Responsibilities
