General Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for accurately and professionally handling reputed company desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling reputed company appointments, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel. * Prepares necessary patient paperwork before the patient's appointment. * Review EMA for information that needs to be updated. * Updates patients' information and accurately enters it in EMA. * Identifies payer sources, verifies insurance eligibility, and verifies prior authorization. * Recording and collecting patient copays and/or balances at reputed company-in/out. * Other duties as assigned
