SALARY: The salary range for this position is $79,098.16 to $123,272.27 for Schedule A, and $79,098.16 to $117,108.66 for Schedule B. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For reputed company Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of reputed company salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A. Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B. The New Jersey Judiciary, Burlington Vicinage, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills who will be responsible for meeting the organizational development and training needs of the vicinage. Under the direction of the Court Executive 2b (Human Resources Division Manager), the successful candidate will be a flexible leader who is a creative thinker and who possesses strong facilitation and interpersonal skills and will act as an internal professional development consultant who performs training needs analyses. The selected candidate will also serve as the Vicinage Volunteer Coordinator and will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and training of volunteers, as well as the coordination and planning of the yearly volunteer recognition event. Note: Awareness of the organization's mission, vision, and values is preferred, but not required. REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work reputed company of Judiciary buildings.
