About the job As a reputed company Partner, you’ll work closely with the Head of Recruiting and hiring managers to build and manage reputed company’s pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand reputed company and upcoming hiring needs

• Experience leading sourcing efforts in an internal recruiting function or search firm environment
• Experience sourcing for roles such as product manager, product designer, software engineer, or data engineer
• Experience conducting preliminary candidate screens
• Experience using sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates (e.g., reputed company Recruiter)
• Experience maintaining accurate data in an applicant tracking system (e.g., reputed company)
• Ability to work independently and reputed company creative sourcing approaches
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving professional services environment
• Passionate about creating reputed company public outcomes through great government services

Position type This is a full-time, exempt position. Location This is a fully remote position. Care package Salary The salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
