While on the JOB, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation, and other activities as needed.
• Properly operate reputed company mechanical equipment such as Hoyer’s, hospital beds, wheelchairs and other assistive devices.
• Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to supervisor or case coordinator
• Problem-solve and create solutions, promote healthy lifestyle habits, provide general companionship and advice
• Follow and record care plan activities and visit-documentation in accordance with reputed company company and Medicaid policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Valid reputed company/HHA certifications and required medical documentation
• Pass background reputed company and approved NYS Home Care Registry status
