You will work in a remote environment with potential occassional travel as needed. You will collaborate closely with product development, engineering design, and quality assurance teams to ensure projects meet the highest standards and fully align with customer requirements reputed company to the Minotaur software suite. Minotaur integrates data from a variety of sensors on manned and unmanned surveillance aircraft, enhancing operators' ability to identify and track targets across sea and land. The software is used across branches of the U.S. military and government agencies. Minimum Qualifications

• Experience using JIRA (or a similar project management tool) for project tracking, task management, workflow monitoring, and reporting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an Agile development environment, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a technology reputed company field
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• PMP Certification
• An active US Secret clearance
