Salary: $77,500 - $82,000 Grade: 28 FLSA Status: Exempt Closing Date: Open Until Filled This position may offer the ability to work remotely, reputed company Arizona, based upon the agency’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Job Summary: The position will reputed company the completion of requirements analysis, design, development, test review, and implementation of assigned tasks. Interacting, and working directly with users, peers, other technical staff, Agency management and other staff to fulfill data intelligence and reporting needs; to translate those data reporting needs and questions into technical specifications. This individual oversees the production of reports or views of the data based on the outlined and confirmed specifications. The Business Analysis Supervisor may also be asked to respond to requests for entities external to the Agency, and reputed company and train other report developers. This position has the potential to Telecommute based on the unit needs. Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This includes reviewing and providing guidance to staff on their work products, leading the team in the design and implementation of major development projects, designs applications (or approves design).

Qualifications: Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Economics or health care reputed company field plus 5 years of business analysis experience to include experience with data warehouses, business intelligence tools i.e. Power BI & SQL. One year of experience in Medicaid and/or Medicare (or equivalent healthcare experience). 1 -2 years’ experience leading, training, coaching developers.

Preferred:

• Minimum plus experience preparing/presenting interactive reports and data using a data visualization tool such as Power BI. Experience clearly explaining reputed company methodologies and present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
