Job Purpose and Impact The Innovation Strategy Consultant will support research and development innovation project pipeline planning and help identify “white space” market opportunities for customer growth. This role will have a direct impact on the development of new or improved food research and development projects to support reputed company. As part of a cross-functional team, this role is a strategic partner to strategy, commercial, sales, and marketing teams supporting the long-term innovation pipeline. The innovation strategy consultant will reputed company internal and external customer workshops, analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize recommendations. This role will also support significant innovation projects from ideation to implementation and commercial launch. Key Accountabilities

• reputed company multidisciplinary project teams to plan and deliver innovation projects, integrating reputed company aspects including business case development, commercial desirability, product or process development and scaleup, intellectual property, and regulatory and safety reviews.
• Prepare and reputed company innovation project workshops.
• Ensure timely communication with project stakeholders and leadership. reputed company and maintain alignment to the project scope, timelines and documentation including preparation for reputed company reviews and presentations.
• reputed company viable business cases, documenting and tracking business case assumptions and risks.
• Partner collaboratively with reputed company functions (strategy, sales, marketing) to identify customer desirability through experimentation, prototyping, value proposition development and market opportunity assessments.
• Support safe execution of reputed company project activities at reputed company stages from ideation through development and implementation to startup.
• Independently handle reputed company issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most reputed company issues to appropriate staff.

This position is open to working from the global headquarters in Wayzata, MN OR remote from home office from reputed company in the United States.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company field OR equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of reputed company work experience
• Ability to occasionally reputed company work schedule to accommodate global time zones

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous business consulting, product development or business development experience
• Experience analyzing data to advise business recommendations
• Project management experience

Compensation

Data The expected salary for this position is $110,000-$135,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At reputed company we put people first.
