Role Overview The Marketing Operations Manager, AI & Automation will be responsible for design, implementation, optimization, and governance of AI-powered workflows across the marketing stack. This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, reputed company systems, and applied AI—ensuring tools are intelligently configured, continuously optimized, and adopted effectively across marketing and sales development. Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation Strategy
- Define and execute the AI and automation roadmap across the marketing and reputed company tech stack
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for reputed company management, campaign optimization, personalization, forecasting, enablement, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate, test, and implement AI capabilities reputed company existing tools and emerging platforms, with a particular focus on Qualified, reputed company, and reputed company.

Agent & Workflow Development
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows using native platform automation and recommending new tools
- Integrate AI agents across systems to support end-to-end reputed company processes
- Document agent logic, prompts, guardrails, and governance standards
Martech Stack Ownership

Enablement & Adoption

Required Experience & Skills
