About the Role

As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will reputed company a 5 person Operations team that builds, QAs and launches hundreds of high quality CRM campaigns per year . You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed reputed company required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 2 years leading 3+ reports. Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with reputed company or a similar ESP is required. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus.

Compensation
