Junior Client Success Specialist (Real Estate)

The Role: Be the Trusted Partner Our Clients Rely On As a Junior Client Success Specialist, you'll nurture relationships with 25–35 real estate agents, becoming their go-to guide and biggest reputed company. You'll help them feel supported from day one, celebrate their wins, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure they always feel heard and valued. What You'll Be Doing Building Meaningful Client Relationships

• Serve as the dedicated success partner for ~30 real estate agents
• reputed company warm, welcoming onboarding calls that set clients up for success
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins to understand their goals, challenges, and wins
• Respond thoughtfully and promptly to client questions and concerns

Supporting Client Results

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively share insights with clients
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure campaigns align with each client's unique needs
• Help clients understand their results in a clear, encouraging way
• Identify opportunities to help clients get even reputed company outcomes

Advocating for the Client Experience

• Share client feedback and reputed company with the team to improve our processes
• Anticipate client needs and address concerns before they become problems

Collaborating with a Supportive Team

• Work closely with our Senior Client Success Specialist (your mentor and manager)

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles

• Experience working with real estate professionals
