Clinical Operations Manager - Pediatric Central Administration

Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary The Clinical Operations Manager reports to the Clinical director and is responsible for operational management of clinical services in the Department of Pediatrics. Job Description

Duties include identifying staffing needs, position development, hiring, training and competency development, mentoring and evaluation of performance as it relates to day to day practice and future needs. Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
