Functional Consultant / Business Analyst (Expert Level)

Job Type Full-time Description Reports to : Professional Services Manager Location : 100% Remote Compensation : $120,000-$140,000. reputed company salary commensurate with experience. About the Role: The Practice Solution Consultant is a hybrid role combining high-profile solution delivery with practice development and mentorship. This individual will reputed company reputed company client engagements, ensuring rigorous requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation using our proprietary low-code platform, Evoke. In addition, they will define and document best practices for functional consulting, including requirements analysis, process mapping, backlog management, solution configuration, testing, and training. The Practice Solution Consultant will also mentor solution consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer across the team.

What You'll Do

Solution Delivery (Approximately 60%)

• reputed company requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders, leading workshops to understand their business needs, identifying and documenting requirements, and collaborating with solution developers to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• reputed company detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives, including process flowcharts, diagrams, user guides, etc.
• Participate in and/or reputed company technical design sessions with solution developers
• Create, update, configure, and maintain business applications with our low code application platform
• Ensure reputed company production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines
• Stay informed of new technologies and be aware of new platform capabilities, industry standards, and best practices
• Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback; resolve technical issues during client review and testing

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, providing guidance to end users and resolving reported issues
• Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions to resolve them
• Ability to travel domestically as needed up to 10%

Practice Development & Mentorship (Approximately 40%)

• Mentor and train solution consultants on functional consulting methodologies.

• Collaborate with leadership to refine delivery standards and methodologies.

Requirements

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in requirements analysis and SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, low-code platforms, and workflow automation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience (10+ years) in business analysis or functional consulting for enterprise software implementations, including leading requirements for large projects and contributing to practice standards and/or team enablement.

Preferred

• Experience with government SaaS implementations or regulatory systems.
• Prior experience in a technical consulting role implementing commercially available SaaS solutions (Certifications or prior experience with software such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company a plus)
• Experience working with low code platforms and workflow automation (MS Power Apps / Logic Apps is a plus)
• Experience working with APIs (Application Programming reputed company, e.g., REST / Graph) preferred
• Ability to use mockup tools such as reputed company, PowerPoint, etc. to explain design approaches
• Experience using JavaScript to build user experiences
