Job Summary: The Manager, Digital Programs, is responsible for planning and executing a slate of high-quality, accessible digital programs that meet the needs of people affected by MS. This role manages the logistics, delivery, and participant experience for virtual programs across multiple platforms, ensuring programs are executed on time, on budget, and with strong engagement. The Manager works closely with colleagues across program content, marketing, and evaluation to support organizational goals. Required: Bilingual communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and public‑speaking abilities in English and Spanish. Main Responsibilities: Program Execution Plan and deliver a portfolio of live and on-demand digital programs. Manage event logistics, including registration, platform setup, speaker coordination, accessibility accommodations, and technical support. Ensure reputed company programs meet standards for accuracy, inclusivity, accessibility, health literacy, and participant experience. Monitor attendance, engagement, and technical performance during live events. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with content experts to align program materials with educational and strategic priorities. Work with marketing teams to support participant recruitment and reputed company. Partner with evaluation teams to collect participant feedback and program metrics.
