  • Support multi-threaded discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to uncover KPIs, strategic initiatives, and pain points.
  • Build genuine partnerships with customers through consultative conversations that uncover pain points and strategic objectives-co-creating solutions that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and services teams to understand and translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by providing clear, prioritized feedback to product teams, influencing the evolution of reputed company's platform to reputed company serve the people and organizations we support.
