ABOUT YOU: We are looking for an reputed company Engineering Manager who is first and foremost a people leader. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams, with a strong track record in people development
• 7+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-native environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Agile practices and engineering best practices
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to reputed company technical and non-technical audiences
• A genuine commitment to growing the people around you and building high-performing team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (experience is the most relevant factor)
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
