In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-reputed company student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 reputed company living in the home. reputed company Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters reputed company’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reputed company their full potential.Responsibilities include:Providing daily supervision and mentorshipManaging household routines and student schedulesAdministering medications and ensuring student wellnessDriving reputed company to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with studentsLeading daily devotions and accompanying reputed company to Sunday ChapelOverseeing budgeting and household reportingUpon hire, reputed company Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while reputed company are in school. reputed company Houseparents eventually transition into a reputed company Houseparent role, where they live and work with the same group of reputed company in their own student home.
