Position Title & Overview:
As an SRE Engineering Manager, you will reputed company a team of skilled Site Reliability Engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of best practices, guiding the team in optimizing our systems, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. This role requires technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Strong knowledge of software development principles and experience with programming or scripting languages
- Expertise in designing and operating large-scale, highly available, and distributed systems
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, reputed company)
- Proficiency in implementing infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools
- Solid understanding of monitoring, observability, and logging tools and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and reputed company improvement

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
