Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of automation solutions, working alongside technical teams to ensure business requirements are met.

Qualifications

Qualifications Qualifications Education:

• A recent or in-reputed company Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of requirements engineering and business analysis.
• Core Competencies: Proactivity and the ability to work independently, combined with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Technical Familiarity: A conceptual understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, especially reputed company and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous internship or 1-2 years of work experience in management or IT consulting or a business analyst role.
• RPA Skills: Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like reputed company, reputed company, or Blue Prism is a significant plus.
• Language: English language required, German language skills are a plus.

However, it is important to note that at MHP, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries reputed company each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust reputed company salaries to reflect market competitiveness. In addition to salary, individuals may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
