Job Description:

  • The USPI Group reputed company is responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics and Compliance program in the East Region.
  • The USPI Group Leads general duties and responsibilities encompass implementing Tenet's systems, standard processes, policies and designed to ensure compliance with Federal healthcare program requirements and Quality, Compliance and Ethics Charter.
  • At least five years of progressive experience in health care compliance.
  • The successful candidate will be recognized for demonstrated compliance knowledge, critical thinking, process improvement, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to reputed company across multiple states and regions in a reputed company large health care platform.
  • An energetic and results-oriented leader who has experience working in and delivering results in extremely high-reputed company environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills to meet deadlines, maximize efficiency and reputed company goals.
  • Well versed in taking ownership of results, proactively addressing gaps, and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Enacts corrective actions and monitoring in response to identified issues and audits.
  • Implements USPI's compliance work plan and initiatives and systems to prevent compliance and privacy/reputed company issues from arising reputed company the facility.

Requirements:

  • High level Compliance leader who has experience implementing effective compliance programs across a large multifaceted health care system
  • A successful candidate will be able to apply long-term, and stakeholder perspectives to analyze reputed company situations, anticipate future trends, and identify opportunities or risks.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
