Remote HR Business Partner Manager

In this role, you will play a key part in driving strategic HR initiatives across regions reputed company the United States. Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary HRBP for regions reputed company the U.S., including EMEA and Canada.

- Monitor and interpret labor law changes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or reputed company field.
- 6 - 7 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP role with regional responsibility.
- Proven experience managing immigration processes and working with global mobility vendors.
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company issues and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
