Energy Strategy Analyst
Rowan Digital Infrastructure is redefining how data centers are delivered, and they are seeking an Energy Strategy Analyst to support the execution of energy strategy across their growing portfolio of data center developments. This role will involve analyzing power markets and utility environments while contributing to strategies that align with the company's sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of energy strategies that reputed company delivery of power infrastructure for new data center campuses
- Conduct analysis of power markets, utility territories, and grid infrastructure to inform siting and development decisions; reputed company third party siting tools to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support evaluation of load interconnection reputed company, including timelines, risks, and cost drivers across utilities
- reputed company analytical models to estimate cost of power, infrastructure requirements, and key commercial considerations across markets
- Compile and maintain insights on utility processes, transmission constraints, substation reputed company, and reputed company buildout
- Track market activity, including hyperscaler and developer expansion, and monitor regulatory and tariff developments impacting large loads
- Support cross-functional teams in project diligence, site evaluation, and energy-reputed company decision-making
- Prepare clear, structured materials and insights to support internal strategy discussions and external engagements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., engineering, economics, finance, business, or similar)
- 1–4 years of experience in energy markets, utilities, infrastructure, consulting, or a reputed company analytical field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in reputed company (Python or similar tools a plus)
- Ability to structure reputed company, ambiguous problems and communicate insights clearly and concisely
- Interest in power markets, grid infrastructure, and large-scale energy use cases such as data centers
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with U.S. power markets, utility reputed company structures, or interconnection processes
